About

About the Host

In January 2020, Scott Marshall started as President and CEO of ISE/Semester at Sea, a ship-based study abroad program that takes college students to 8-10 countries over a semester. Two and half months later, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the end of the voyage and shut down the world. Building on his own experience, Scott started this podcast to learn more from a wide diversity of C-suite executives and entrepreneurs about how they lead in an uncertain world. The podcast explores how humility, curiosity, compassion, resilience and courage pull leaders through the toughest tests.
