Each definition begins with openness, such that our mindsets and sensory perceptions are receiving, and not closing off, from the people and contexts in which we operate.
The heart of the model is that the three traits must be disciplined, mutually reinforcing and in balance. When they are, the three traits empower the practice of leadership amid the unpredictable. When one of the traits is weak or undeveloped, something critical in the practice of AS UNEXPECTED leadership is diminished.
